Brittinay Shaw is a U.S. Air Force veteran and accomplished marketing executive with a multifaceted background. She began her career as a propulsion mechanic on the F-117, F-22, and F-35. After her military service, she became F-35 Propulsion Manager at Pratt & Whitney and later supported NASA and the Department of Energy in program planning and integration.

She then pivoted to leadership development, serving as a Strategic Advisor at CultureBot and founding Work Culture Consultant. Most recently, she served as Marketing Executive at E&M Technologies, overseeing brand strategy and corporate growth.
