How Top Gun Teamwork Works

A structured 14-week program that turns principles into habits and habits into results.

Phase 1: Self-Paced Foundation

Two weeks of self-paced online learning introduce the core concepts, language, and frameworks that underpin the Top Gun Teamwork approach before the cohort begins.

Phase 2: Weekly Group Coaching

Twelve weeks of weekly, 90-minute group coaching sessions conducted online via Zoom. Led by Top Gun Teamwork fighter pilot instructors, each session builds on real-time workplace situations.

Mission Planning & E.A.G.L.E Sessions

Leaders learn to define tactical mission sets, develop a mission orientation to work, and execute E.A.G.L.E. Planning Sessions to align the team and accelerate execution.

F-4 Debrief Methodology

Teams conduct structured F-4 Debriefs to own outcomes, improve judgment, and drive continuous accountability and performance, the same process used by elite fighter squadrons.

Psychological Safety & Standards

Participants learn to build team with Psychological Safety, craft Clarity of Expectations, and correctly articulate administrative, behavioral, and tactical standards across the organization.

Sustained Implementation Support

Quarterly online group check-ins for three quarters after program completion, plus optional on-site coaching visits to reinforce implementation and measure progress.
